Raise any questions about your toll tag agreement directly with the toll road operator you have an account with. If you are not sure which operator you have signed up with, you can find out by looking at your invoice. All the toll road operators have a website where you can log in to your account and manage your toll tag agreement.
There are approximately 60 toll plazas in Norway at which you can pay using the AutoPASS toll tag. All of these are marked "AutoPASS". In automatic AutoPASS plazas you drive straight through without stopping with or without a tag.
The only manual toll road plaza in Norway where you cannot use the AutoPASS tag as you drive through is the Atlanterhavstunnel, where you have to stop and pay in advance.
You must enter into a contract with a toll road operator and pay a deposit of NOK 200 for the tag.

In Norway you can drive on all toll roads with the AutoPASS sign, as long as you have a valid contract.
With an AutoPASS contract you may also use the tag in Denmark and Sweden on ferries and bridges (the EasyGo partnership).
The Autopass tag may be used in facilities affiliated with EasyGo.
Motorbikes do not pay tolls in Norge. Exceptions are the Atlanterhavstunnel and ferries.
All toll plazas in Norway are automatic, except for Atlanterhavstunnelen, and you can drive through them without stopping even if you do not have a tag.
If you are driving without a tag:
You have not paid the invoice for passages before 01.10.2017 in due time.
Both Norwegian and foreign companies can sign a company contract. A company contract makes it possible to link several vehicles to one contract; however, there must be an on-board unit (tag) in each vehicle. This type of company contract is given to industrial and public transport companies, and is linked to an organization number.
